HONG KONG, July 13 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.0 jolted 117 km E of Mutsu, Japan at 01:42:49 GMT on Monday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.

The epicenter, with a depth of 46.16 km, was initially determined to be at 41.2154 degrees north latitude and 142.6111 degrees east longitude. Enditem
