MANILA -- Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte has approved the proposed 4.506-trillion-peso (91.65-billion-U.S. dollar) national budget for 2021, the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) said on Sunday.

BEIJING -- China's crude oil output gained 1.5 percent year on year in the first half of 2020, data from the National Development and Reform Commission showed.

YANGON -- The Myanmar Investment Commission recently approved seven investment enterprises from home and abroad, local media quoted the Directorate of Investment and Company Administration as saying on Sunday.

KIGALI -- Rwandan airports on Saturday reopened to international travellers, more than four months after the central African nation suspended commercial passenger flights to mitigate the COVID-19 outbreak.
