TOKYO, Aug. 6 (Xinhua) -- The U.S. dollar changed hands around the 105.57 yen level in early deals in Tokyo on Thursday.
As markets opened here, the dollar was quoted at 105.57-58 yen compared with 105.55-65 yen in New York and 105.67-68 yen at 5 p.m. on Wednesday in Tokyo.
The euro, meanwhile, fetched 1.1871-1871 dollars and 125.32-33 yen against 1.1859-1869 dollars and 125.21-31 yen in New York and 1.1820-1822 dollars and 124.90-94 yen in late Wednesday afternoon trade in Tokyo. Enditem
