JERUSALEM -- Israel's cabinet approved on Sunday the country's normalization accord with Bahrain, ahead of a vote in the parliament on the deal.

The Prime Minister's Office said in a statement that the cabinet approved submitting the accord, titled "The Establishment of Diplomatic, Peaceful and Friendly Relations between the State of Israel and the Kingdom of Bahrain," for the parliament approval. (Israel-Bahrain)

KHARTOUM -- Sudan's Foreign Ministry on Sunday officially announced the beginning of economic and commercial deals between Sudan and Israel, focusing on cooperation in the field of agriculture.

"Sudan and Israel have reached a decision to end enmity and normalize relations between them and begin economic and commercial deals with the focus on agriculture for the benefit of the two countries' peoples," the ministry said in a statement. (Sudan-Israel)

TEHRAN -- Iran's Guardian Council of Constitution on Sunday dismissed the allegations regarding his country's "interference" in the U.S. upcoming presidential elections.

"Iran has announced repeatedly that it does not interfere in the internal affairs of other countries. Moreover, it sees no need for such interference," Abbas Ali Kadkhodaei, the spokesman for Iran's highest legislative body was quoted as saying by Tasnim news agency. (Iran-U.S. Elections)

SANAA -- Yemen's Houthi militia said on Sunday that it launched bomb-laden drone attack toward Abha airport in the southwest of Saudi Arabia, the Houthi-run al-Masirah TV reported.

"The attack was in response to Saudi-led coalition airstrikes and blockade on the Yemeni people," the TV quoted a statement from the group's military spokesman Yahya Sarea as saying. (Yemen-Attack) Enditem
