TEHRAN, Oct. 26 (Xinhua) -- Iran's Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) has deployed forces to Iran's East Azerbaijan province near its border with the disputed Nagorno-Karabakh region, amid insecurity created by clashes between Armenia and Azerbaijan, official news agency IRNA reported on Monday.
