TOKYO, Oct. 28 (Xinhua) -- The U.S. dollar changed hands around the 104.54 yen level in early deals in Tokyo on Wednesday.
As markets opened here, the U.S. dollar was quoted at 104.54-55 yen compared with 104.37-47 yen in New York and 104.83-84 yen at 5 p.m. on Tuesday in Tokyo.
The euro, meanwhile, fetched 1.1781-1786 dollars and 123.17-21 yen against 1.1791-1801 dollars and 123.11-21 yen in New York and 1.1818-1819 dollars and 123.89-93 yen in late Tuesday afternoon trade in Tokyo. Enditem
