GENEVA -- Foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan on Friday reached an agreement on not targeting civilian population and non-military objects in accordance with international humanitarian law, said a joint statement issued Friday.

The two sides will also start to recover and exchange remains on the battlefield, and provide a list of currently detained war prisoners for eventual exchange, according to a statement by the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe Minsk Group co-chairs. (OSCE-Armenia-Azerbaijan)

LOS ANGELES -- U.S. President Donald Trump's star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame was destroyed Friday morning by a man who has attacked the monument multiple times since 2016.

TRIPOLI -- The ambassador of the European Union to Libya and the ambassadors of EU member states accredited to Libya on Friday reaffirmed in a statement their support for "a full and meaningful inclusion and participation of women in the peace process" in the country.

The statement, which also condemned all forms of violence against women and girls, was made at the 20th anniversary of the UN Security Council Resolution 1325 on Women, Peace and Security. (EU-Libya-Women)

WASHINGTON -- U.S. President Donald Trump said on Friday that the United States will suspend preferential trade benefits for certain Thai products under the so-called Generalized System of Preferences, effective Dec. 30.
