GENEVA -- Foreign ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan on Friday reached an agreement on not targeting civilian population and non-military objects in accordance with international humanitarian law, said a joint statement issued Friday.

TRIPOLI -- The ambassador of the European Union to Libya and the ambassadors of EU member states accredited to Libya on Friday reaffirmed in a statement their support for "a full and meaningful inclusion and participation of women in the peace process" in the country.

WASHINGTON -- U.S. President Donald Trump said on Friday that the United States will suspend preferential trade benefits for certain Thai products under the so-called Generalized System of Preferences, effective Dec. 30.
