FRANKFURT, Nov. 3 (Xinhua) -- German stocks rose on Tuesday, with the benchmark DAX index up 300.70 points, or 2.55 percent, to close at 12,088.98 points.
All DAX 30 blue chips gained today. Aircraft engine manufacturer MTU Aero won the most among the blue chips, with its shares up 5.49 percent. Semiconductor manufacturer Infineon Technologies and insurance and financial services company Allianz gained by 4.42 percent and 4.27 percent respectively.
Multinational software corporation SAP was the most-traded share with a turnover of 492.28 million euros (576.07 million U.S. dollars).
China's Haier, a leading global household appliances manufacturer listed in Frankfurt in 2018, rose 4.60 percent to close at 0.910 euros per share on Tuesday. Enditem
