German shares edge up Friday

FRANKFURT, Nov. 13 (Xinhua) -- German stocks edged up on Friday, with the benchmark DAX index up 23.77 points, or 0.18 percent, to close at 13,076.72 points.

Multinational building materials company HeidelbergCement won the most among the blue chips, with its shares up 2.70 percent. Marketplace organizer for the trading of shares and securities Deutsche Boerse group and energy group RWE rose by 2.66 percent and 1.92 percent respectively.

European multinational online food-delivery service Delivery Hero lost the most among the blue chips, down by 6.52 percent. Sportswear and equipment maker Adidas and housing association Deutsche Wohnen went down by 1.46 percent and 0.93 percent respectively.

Multinational software corporation SAP was the most-traded share, with a turnover of 309.11 million euros (365.21 million U.S. dollars).

China's Haier, a leading global household appliances manufacturer listed in Frankfurt in 2018, rose 1.03 percent to close at 0.905 euros per share on Friday. Enditem
