HANOI -- The Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) agreement was signed among its 15 participating countries Sunday, launching the world's biggest free trade bloc.

KIEV -- Ukraine's Health Minister Maxym Stepanov said Saturday that he had tested positive for COVID-19.

ADDIS ABABA -- Rockets from Ethiopia's northern Tigray region struck the capital of neighbouring Eritrea on Saturday night, diplomats said, as tensions between the Ethiopian federal government and local force in the Tigray region are growing.

BUENOS AIRES -- More than 10 tons of marijuana were seized on Saturday by the Argentinean National Gendarmerie (GNA) in the northern province of Misiones, said the Ministry of Security.

With the help of sniffer dogs, the drugs were seized in a joint operation carried out by GNA and judicial officers in the province after a truck carrying them were stopped on a road about 796 km north of Buenos Aires, the ministry said in a statement. (Argentina-Drugs) Enditem
