STOCKHOLM -- Sweden's Prince Carl Philip and his wife Princess Sofia have tested positive for COVID-19 after displaying mild, flu-like symptoms, the Swedish Royal Court announced on Thursday.

YAOUNDE -- At least three civilians were killed and one other abducted when Boko Haram group raided a locality in Cameroon's Far North region overnight into Thursday, according to local sources.

TIRIN KOT, Afghanistan -- A police officer was killed as a blast hit Tirin Kot city, the capital of the country's southern Uruzgan province, on Thursday, provincial government spokesman Ahmad Shah Sahel said.

TEHRAN -- Iran's Health Ministry reported 13,961 new COVID-19 cases on Thursday, raising the total nationwide infections to 908,346.
