LOS ANGELES -- Walt Disney Co. on Thursday rolled out ambitious plans to release a slate of new titles in the coming years of its global streaming expansion.

The U.S. entertainment giant will release approximately 10 Star Wars series, 10 Marvel series, 15 Disney live action, Disney Animation and Pixar series, as well as 15 all-new Disney live action, Disney Animation and Pixar features on its streaming service, Disney+, over the next few years, the company announced at its 2020 Investor Day. CAIRO -- British comedy-drama film "Limbo," directed by Ben Sharrock and starring Egyptian-British actor Amir el-Masry, won the top Golden Pyramid Award for Best Film in the 42nd Cairo International Film Festival, concluded on Thursday evening with a festive ceremony at Egypt's Cairo Opera House.

The film tells the story of Omar, a promising young musician who has been forced to leave his family in Syria, and a number of refugees from other countries, isolated in a remote Scottish island awaiting a decision on their political asylum applications and sharing the same hope. PHNOM PENH -- Cambodia's anti-drug police have arrested a Thai national for allegedly trafficking 50 kg of illicit drugs from Thailand, the National Police reported on Friday.

The police said the 37-year-old man was arrested on Dec. 6 on a street in the Chrouy Changvar district in the capital Phnom Penh after police had launched a month-long investigation into the case. (Cambodia-Antidrug) Enditem
