NEW YORK, Dec. 12 (Xinhua) -- A 5.0-magnitude earthquake jolted 65 km NNW of Rabaul, Papua New Guinea at 17:48:05 GMT on Saturday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.

The epicenter, with a depth of 34.82 km, was initially determined to be at 3.7077 degrees south latitude and 151.8401 degrees east longitude. Enditem
