NEW DELHI -- A total of 447 cases of Adverse Event Following Immunization (AEFIs) after the COVID-19 vaccination have been reported over the past two days, out of whom three required hospitalization, India's health ministry said on Sunday.

"Of those who were hospitalised, one was discharged from the Northern Railway Hospital in Delhi within 24 hours, one another was discharged from the All-India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in Delhi, and one is still under observation in AIIMS in Rishikesh (northern state of Uttarakhand) and is being monitored," said a statement issued by the ministry. JAKARTA -- The death toll of a 6.2-magnitude earthquake that struck Indonesia's West Sulawesi province has risen to 73 with over 27,000 people taking shelters, the National Disaster Management Agency said on Sunday.

A total of 67 bodies were retrieved in Mamuju city and the rest were in Majene district, the agency's spokesman Raditya Jati said, adding that the jolts forced 27,850 residents to flee home and take shelters in 25 evacuation centers. (Indonesia-Earthquake-Toll)

KABUL -- Two gunmen on a motorcycle fired on a car carrying female judges near a bus stop in Kabul, capital of Afghanistan, on Sunday, killing two and injuring two others, a security source said.

The incident came in the morning rush hour in Taimani neighborhood, Police District 4 of the city, the source told Xinhua anonymously. The capital police will issue a statement regarding the incident later in the day, he said. (Afghanistan-Gunmen Attack)

JAKARTA -- The COVID-19 cases in Indonesia rose by 11,287 within one day to 907,929, with the death toll adding by 220 to 25,987, the Health Ministry said on Sunday.
