BISHKEK -- Six people have died from food poisoning in Kyrgyzstan after dining at a cafe, the press service of the country's Ministry of Health reported on Thursday.

RIYADH -- The Saudi-led coalition involved in a war in Yemen announced on Thursday the interception of a ballistic missile launched by Houthis towards the Saudi Arabian border city Jazan in the southwest, the Saudi Press Agency reported.

LOS ANGELES -- An unmanned SpaceX's Starship prototype on Wednesday exploded on the ground shortly after landing in a test flight, according to a SpaceX video online.

LONDON -- The British government will fund what it believes to be the world's first study assessing the effectiveness of a third dose of vaccine to combat COVID-19, the UK Budget revealed on Wednesday.

The government is committing 22 million pounds (30.70 million U.S. dollars) to studies that test the effectiveness of a combination of different COVID-19 vaccines.
