Colombia reports 3,565 new COVID-19 cases

BOGOTA, March 4 (Xinhua) -- Colombia registered 3,565 new COVID-19 cases over the past 24 hours, taking the nationwide tally to 2,266,211, said the Ministry of Health and Social Protection on Thursday.

The country reported 107 more deaths, raising the national death toll to 60,189, said the ministry.

The Colombian government reported that 206,475 doses of vaccines have been applied nationwide in the first stage of the country's National Vaccination Plan, while the government plans to vaccinate more than 35 million Colombians against COVID-19 during 2021. Enditem
