SANTIAGO, March 18 (Xinhua) -- Former Barcelona and Manchester City goalkeeper Claudio Bravo was among 24 players named in Chile's squad on Thursday for a friendly against Bolivia.

The 37-year-old, who currently plays for Spanish side Real Betis, is one of three Europe-based players in the 24-man squad.

Uruguayan manager Martin Lasarte also included Bologna defender Gary Medel and Real Valladolid forward Fabian Orellana while teenagers Clemente Montes and Daniel Gonzalez were called up for the first time.

Scheduled for March 26 in the central Chilean city of Rancagua, the friendly was swiftly arranged after South America's next double-header of FIFA World Cup qualifiers were suspended because of the coronavirus pandemic.

It will be Lasarte's first outing as Chile's head coach, having replaced Colombian Reinaldo Rueda in February.

Following is the Chile squad:

Goalkeepers: Claudio Bravo (Real Betis), Gabriel Castellon (Huachipato) and Brayan Cortes (Colo Colo).

Defenders: Sebastian Vegas (Monterrey), Enzo Roco (Fatih Karagumruk), Daniel Gonzalez (Santiago Wanderers), Gary Medel (Bologna), Valber Huerta (Catholic University), Erick Wiemberg (Union La Calera) , Jose Pedro Fuenzalida (Catholic University) and Jean Beausejour (Coquimbo Unido).

Midfielders: Pablo Galdames (Velez Sarsfield), Cesar Pinares (Gremio), Ignacio Saavedra (Catholic University), Tomas Alarcon (O'Higgins), Pablo Parra (Curico Unido), Angelo Araos (Corinthians) and Luis Jimenez (Palestinian).
