NEW DELHI -- At least four people were killed and two others suffered burns in a devastating forest fire in the northern Indian state of Uttarakhand, officials said on Sunday.

TEHRAN -- Iran will not hold any direct or indirect talks with representatives of the United States in the meeting of the 2015 nuclear agreement participants scheduled for Tuesday in Vienna, Iran's chief nuclear negotiator said Sunday.

KABUL -- One security personnel has been confirmed dead and three others injured as a roadside bomb struck an army vehicle in Afghanistan's capital Kabul on Sunday, police spokesman Ferdaus Faramarz said.

The blast, according to the official, took place in Qarga area of Paghman district at around 9:00 a.m. local time, killing one security personnel on the spot and injuring three others. (Afghanistan-Roadeside Bomb)

JAKARTA -- Two people were killed and 15 others went missing after a fishing ship collided with a cargo ship in the waters off Indonesia's western West Java province, a search and rescue official in province Seni Wulandari said on Sunday.
