KATHMANDU -- Nepal on Wednesday started administering the COVID-19 vaccines donated by China amid resurging COVID-19 cases.

MANILA -- The World Health Organization (WHO) on Wednesday expressed concern about the surging COVID-19 cases in the Philippines, warning that the increasing trend "is moving towards the red line."
