JAKARTA -- Indonesia's Defense Ministry has deployed warship Rigel and mine-sweeper Rengat to search for the Nanggala-402 submarine which lost contact with the navy during a strategic weapons firing exercise in Bali Strait waters in the early hours of Wednesday, according to an official source.

ISLAMABAD -- A head-on collision between a passenger van and a bus on Wednesday has left at least 12 people dead and over 20 others injured in the Khairpur district of Pakistan's south Sindh province, local media reported.

According to the reports, the passenger bus coming from Sukkur city collided with the van coming from Nawab Shah district near the Shah Abdul Latif University, some 10 km away from Khairpur city. (Pakistan-Road Accident) Enditem
