ISTANBUL -- Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and his U.S. counterpart Joe Biden agreed on the importance of working together to build "greater cooperation" during a phone conversation, Turkey's presidential office said Friday.

The cooperation is based on the strategic character of the bilateral relationship and mutual interests, the presidency announced in a written statement. (Turkey-US-Ties )

TEHRAN -- The recent change in the method of 60-percent uranium enrichment in Iran's Natanz nuclear facility is a "technical decision," which the International Atomic Energy Agency was informed of, Kazem Gharibabadi, Iran's ambassador to the international organizations in Vienna, said on Friday.

JERUSALEM -- Israel's military chief Aviv Kochavi flew on Friday to Washington to discuss issues regarding Iran with U.S. military officials.

CAIRO -- Russia will resume all the flights to Egypt's airports, including the ones to Red Sea resorts of Sharm el-Sheikh and Hurghada after more than five-year suspension to the two seaside cities, the Egyptian presidency office said in a statement on Friday.
