BUENOS AIRES -- Argentina reported on Thursday a record daily count of 41,080 COVID-19 cases, taking the national tally to 3,663,215, said the health ministry.

WASHINGTON -- Two people died and 10 others went missing after a boat capsized near Key West in southeastern U.S. state Florida, authorities said on Thursday.

The U.S. Coast Guard tweeted that it responded to a location 18 miles (28.8 km) southwest off Key West Thursday afternoon and crews rescued eight people and pulled two bodies from the water.

TOKYO -- Three crew members are missing following a Japanese cargo vessel colliding with a foreign vessel off the coast of Ehime Prefecture in western Japan, the coast guard here said Friday.
