MANILA -- The Philippine Air Force (PAF) said on Thursday that one of its newly acquired S-70i Black Hawk utility helicopters crashed north of Manila on Wednesday night, killing six crew members.

WASHINGTON -- U.S. Border Patrol Chief Rodney Scott, who was appointed by former President Donald Trump, is stepping down, multiple media reported Wednesday.
