MOSCOW -- The Kremlin said Friday it regrets the decision of the European Union to cancel its potential summit with Russia, according to the TASS news agency.

VALLETTA -- Fully vaccinated people do not need to wear their masks outdoors as from July 1, Malta's Health Ministry announced on Friday.

JERUSALEM -- The Israeli Ministry of Health on Friday re-imposed the obligation to wear a face mask indoors, according to a ministry statement.

TEHRAN -- Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Mohsen Baharvand dismissed on Friday as "heavily politicized" an official Canadian report on the Ukrainian airplane crash near Tehran in January 2020.
"Legally, the Canadian authorities do not have any authority to issue unilateral and arbitrary reports or comments regarding the reports on air accidents within the jurisdiction of another country," Baharvand said in statements quoted by official news agency IRNA.
