FRANKFURT, July 5 (Xinhua) -- German stocks closed flat on Monday, with the benchmark DAX index up 11.88 points, or 0.08 percent, to close at 15,661.97 points.
Multinational building materials company HeidelbergCement won the most among the blue chips, with its shares up 1.70 percent. Deutsche Bank and energy division of Siemens Group Siemens Energy rose by 1.47 percent and 1.00 percent respectively.
Renal dialysis equipment supplier Fresenius Medical lost the most among the blue chips, by falling 1.39 percent. European health care company Fresenius SE and European multinational online food-delivery service Delivery Hero went down by 0.85 percent and 0.81 percent respectively.
Automotive manufacturer Volkswagen was the most-traded share with a turnover of 115.21 million euros (136.71 million U.S. dollars).
China's Haier, a leading global household appliances manufacturer listed in Frankfurt in 2018, lost 4.17 percent to close at 1.516 euros per share on Monday. Enditem
