FRANKFURT, July 22 (Xinhua) -- German stocks rose on Thursday, with the benchmark DAX index up 92.04 points, or 0.60 percent, to close at 15,514.54 points.
European multinational online food-delivery service Delivery Hero won the most among the blue chips, with its shares up 5.61 percent.
Manufacturing and electronics company Siemens and energy group RWE rose by 2.84 percent and 2.20 percent respectively.
Automotive supplier Continental, semiconductor manufacturer Infineon Technologies and telecommunications company Deutsche Telekom were the top three losers among the blue chips, down by 1.87 percent, 1.22 percent and 1.21 percent respectively.
Multinational software corporation SAP was the most-traded share with a turnover of 290.64 million euros (342.23 million U.S. dollars).
China's Haier, a leading global household appliances manufacturer listed in Frankfurt in 2018, lost 0.82 percent to close at 1.757 euros per share on Thursday. Enditem
