BRATISLAVA, Aug. 23 (Xinhua) -- It only took 35 seconds for SK Slovan Bratislava to score against SKF Sered, clinching their fourth consecutive win in the Slovak football premiership Fortuna Liga on Sunday.

After the bitter defeat by Olympiacos F.C. in the Europa League play-off, SK Slovan Bratislava managed to emerge on top after SKF Sered's goalkeeper Dejan Iliev misjudged a center pass and ran out of the box too late, enabling visiting midfielder Dejan Drazic to score an easy goal.

MSK Zilina also shrugged off its 5-1 debacle from the Europa Conference League play-off duel against FK Jablonec and the surprising loss against the newcomer in the previous Fortuna Liga round, beating FK Senica 3-0.

It was Senica's first loss of the season.

FC Spartak Trnava experienced its first draw of the season, although things could have been different if MFK Ruzomberok's Adam Brenkus converted on his penalty kick.

Last season's runner-up FC DAC 1904 Dunajska Streda is still struggling to return to its former glory, winning only one of the five rounds of the new season. DAC was missing three players from the starting roster and even sold its Nigerian striker Abdulrahman Taiwo to Danish team of Sonderjyske.

Zlate Moravce waited for five rounds for its first win of the season, defeating FK Pohronie 1-0. Enditem
