Cameroon wins 2021 Women's African Volleyball Championship

KIGALI, Sept. 20 (Xinhua) -- Defending champion Cameroon beat Kenya 3-1 to win the Women's African Volleyball Championship in the Rwandan capital city of Kigali on Sunday.

The West African country has won the Africa women's volleyball title three times.

Both Cameroon and Kenya have qualified for the 2022 FIVB Volleyball Women's World Championship.

In an earlier match, Morocco beat Nigeria to finish third.

This is the fourth international volleyball competition that Rwanda has hosted in the last two years. Enditem
