MOSCOW -- Russia isn't wrong for halting official dialogue with the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) given its aggressiveness, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Sunday.

JERUSALEM -- A six-year multinational study led by Israeli researchers has found a key mechanism that helps plants cope with water shortages, Israeli Tel Aviv University (TAU) said on Sunday.

TRIPOLI -- The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) on Sunday said that 116 illegal migrants, including women and children, have been rescued and returned to Libya.

YANGON -- Myanmar reported 687 new COVID-19 cases with a daily test positivity rate of 4.83 percent in the past 24 hours, according to a release from the Ministry of Health on Sunday.
