BRASILIA -- Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro replaced Mines and Energy Minister Bento Albuquerque on Wednesday, after a series of disagreements regarding fuel price policy, the Official Gazette reported.

YAOUNDE -- Cameroonian Minister of Transport Jean Ernest Ngalle Bibehe on late Wednesday reported the loss of radio contact with an aircraft with 11 people on board.

QUITO -- A tourist boat caught fire and sank on Wednesday west of the Santiago Island, the fourth largest island in the Galapagos Islands of Ecuador, leaving no victims, said the Directorate of the Galapagos National Park.

CAIRO -- The Egyptian army on Wednesday killed 14 terrorists during armed clashes and military operations in North Sinai Governorate.
