MOGADISHU -- Former Somali President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud was re-elected as the tenth President of Somalia, defeating incumbent President Mohamed Farmajo in the third round of vote held in the capital, Mogadishu on Sunday.

JAKARTA -- One person was killed and five others wounded as an oil refinery operated by an Indonesian state-owned oil and gas firm PT Pertamina caught fire in Balikpapan town of East Kalimantan province on Sunday, a rescuer said.

ISLAMABAD -- Two traders were killed when unknown gunmen sprayed bullets at them in Pakistan's northwest Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province on Sunday.
