MEXICO CITY, June 6 (Xinhua) -- Arsenal forward Marcelo Flores, Celta Vigo midfielder Orbelin Pineda and Los Angeles Galaxy defender Julian Araujo were Monday named in Mexico's squad for CONCACAF Nations League matches against Suriname and Jamaica.

But there was no place on the 22-man list for Guillermo Ochoa, Raul Jimenez, Edson Alvarez, Jesus Corona, Hector Herrera, Andres Guardado or Hirving Lozano.

Manager Gerardo Martinez named the squad less than a day after his team's goalless draw with Ecuador in a friendly at Chicago's Soldier Field on Sunday. That result followed a 3-0 defeat to Uruguay in Phoenix on Thursday.

Mexico will begin their Nation's League campaign against Suriname in Torreon on Saturday before facing Jamaica in Kingston three days later.

Mexico squad:

Goalkeepers: David Ochoa, Carlos Acevedo Lopez, Rodolfo Cota.

Defenders: Erick Aguirre, Kevin Alvarez, Jesus Angulo, Julian Araujo, Julio Cesar Dominguez, Jesus Gallardo, Israel Reyes.

Midfielders: Uriel Antuna, Fernando Beltran, Luis Chavez, Francisco Cordova, Diego Lainez, Erik Lira, Orbelin Pineda, Luis Romo, Erik Sanchez.

Forwards: Marcelo Flores, Santiago Gimenez, Henry Martin, Rodolfo Pizarro. Enditem
