Pakistan reports 236 new COVID-19 cases

ISLAMABAD, July 13 (Xinhua) -- Pakistan has recorded 236 new COVID-19 cases, its ministry of health said on Wednesday.

The total tally of infected people increased to 1,543,741 after adding the new cases, according to data released by the ministry.

Data showed a total of 30,424 people have died from COVID-19 in Pakistan, with no more deaths recorded on Tuesday.

Currently, there are 152 active cases who are in critical condition in the South Asian country. Enditem
