COPENHAGEN -- The Danish Health Authority (SST) has changed its vaccination strategy to target those most at risk of monkeypox infection, according to a press release issued by the SST on Tuesday.
"In the current outbreak, men who have sex with men and who have multiple and changing partners are at particular risk of becoming infected. That is why they are offered vaccination," said the document. (Denmark-Monkeypox)

ANKARA -- Türkiye's fourth drilling ship sailed for the Eastern Mediterranean as part of the country's plan to explore energy resources in the region, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said on Tuesday.

MOGADISHU -- Four people were killed and 11 others wounded in multiple bomb attacks in Kismayo district, southern Somalia Tuesday.
Radio Mogadishu quoted local security officials as saying that the deceased were killed by al-Shabab militants who had targeted civilians near Bula-Haji village.
"Four people including two women were killed and 11 others wounded in nine separate landmine attacks in which terrorists targeted civilians near Bula-Haji village under Kismayo district," the state-owned radio reported. (Somalia-Blast-Explosion)

JERUSALEM -- Israeli troops have thwarted a cross-border weapons smuggling attempt from Jordan, the Israeli military said Tuesday.
Five suspects were arrested by Israeli armed forces when crossing the border fence from Jordan, the Israeli military said in a statement, adding that eight shotguns were also seized at the scene. (Israel-Jordan-Weapons Smuggling) Enditem
