CAIRO -- Egypt's lower house of parliament approved on Saturday a 13-minister cabinet reshuffle made by President Abdel-Fattah al-Sisi.

The reshuffle, which was endorsed in an extraordinary session of the House of Representatives, involves the appointment of new ministers of tourism and antiquities, higher education, health and population, education, trade and industry, water resources and irrigation, emigration, manpower and Immigration, culture, local development, public business sector, military production as well as civil aviation, state-run Ahram Online news website reported. TEHRAN -- An Iranian-flagged oil tanker has started loading oil seized by the United States after Greece, where the oil tanker anchors, agreed to release the cargo, Iran's Ports and Maritime Organization (PMO) announced on Saturday.

The Lana tanker began reloading "part of the cargo" on Friday night after undergoing "relevant repairs," a statement posted on the PMO website quoted its head Ali Akbar Safaee as saying. (Iran-Seized Oil-Return)

BAGHDAD -- Iraq announced on Saturday that it had received 50 prisoners who were militants of the Islamic State (IS) captured earlier in Syria.

RIYADH -- Saudi Arabia announced on Saturday that it has allowed all types of visitors, including those holding tourist visas, to perform Umrah in the kingdom, the Saudi Press Agency reported.
