BUENOS AIRES, Feb. 18 (Xinhua) -- Lanus remained top of the Argentine Primera Division standings on Saturday after an emphatic 3-0 home win over Rosario Central.

Franco Troyansky, Pedro de la Vega and Franco Orozco each scored second-half goals as the team from Greater Buenos Aires extended their winning run to four matches.

The only blemish of the night for the hosts came when Cristian Lema was sent off in the 93rd minute for a bad tackle that earned him a second yellow card.

Lanus now have 12 points from four matches and are two points clear of second-placed Huracan while Rosario Central are fifth, five points further back.

In other Primera Division fixtures on Saturday, River Plate won 1-0 at Tigre, Argentinos Juniors cruised to a 3-0 home win over Belgrano, Estudiantes prevailed 1-0 at Godoy Cruz and Newell's Old Boys won 2-0 at home to Banfield. Enditem
