YANGON, Feb. 28 (Xinhua) -- Myanmar authorities have seized 410,000 stimulant tablets in the commercial city of Yangon, according to a release from the Central Committee for Drug Abuse Control on Monday.

Acting on a tip-off, anti-narcotics police searched a car in Mayangone township five days ago and seized 200,000 stimulant tablets, the release said.

About one hour after the capture, the police searched the residence house of the car's driver in Dagon Myothit (East) and seized 210,000 stimulant tablets, the release said.
