TBILISI, March 20 (Xinhua) -- Georgia's foreign trade turnover amounted to 2.89 billion U.S. dollars in the first two months of 2023, up 12.3 percent year on year, the country's state statistics office said on Monday.
During the two-month period, the country's exports increased by 20.3 percent to 914.8 million dollars while imports amounted to 1.98 billion dollars.
Turkey, Russia and China were the three major foreign trade partners for Georgia in January and February, with 467.1 million dollars, 387 million dollars and 246.4 million dollars in turnover, respectively, according to figures released by the statistics office. Enditem
