MANAMA/BAGHDAD -- Bahrain's foreign ministry on Tuesday summoned Iraq's Charge d'Affaires in Manama Muayyad Omar Abdul Rahman to protest the latter's "repeated violations of diplomatic norms."

JERUSALEM -- Israeli President Isaac Herzog on Tuesday urged Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and opposition leaders to immediately engage in a dialogue, a day after the government suspended a contentious plan to overhaul the judiciary.

ADEN -- At least 11 people were killed early on Tuesday in clashes between Yemeni government forces and Houthi rebels in the country's southern province of Lahj, a military official said.
