CAIRO -- Egyptian President Abdel-Fattah al-Sisi and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on Monday agreed to "immediately" upgrade the diplomatic relations between the two countries and exchange ambassadors, the Egyptian presidency said in a statement.
