Hungary's Kos wins men's 200m backstroke title at swimming worlds

FUKUOKA, Japan, July 28 (Xinhua) -- Hungary's Hubert Kos clinched the gold medal of the men's 200m backstroke at the World Aquatics Championships here on Friday.

20-year-old Kos won his first title in major world events in 1 minute 54.14 seconds.

Defending champion Ryan Murphy added another silver medal for the United States after hitting the wall in 1:54.83.
