NEW DELHI -- Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday virtually launched a project of redeveloping 508 railway stations across the country at an estimated cost of 250 billion Indian rupees (over 3 billion U.S. dollars) to provide better facilities to the commuters.
