NEW DELHI -- Two people were killed and six others wounded after a man fired on people outside his house following an argument with a neighbor over pet dogs in the central Indian state of Madhya Pradesh, police said Friday.

JAKARTA -- At least three people were killed and three others injured after a fire broke out at a hotel building in the southern part of Indonesia's capital Jakarta late Thursday, an official said on Friday.
