NEW YORK, Oct. 4 (Xinhua) -- Oil prices dropped on Wednesday.

The West Texas Intermediate (WTI) for November delivery lost 5.01 U.S. dollars, or 5.61 percent, to settle at 84.22 dollars a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange. Enditem
