MEXICO CITY, Oct. 4 (Xinhua) -- Juan Dinenno scored twice as Pumas UNAM rose to fourth in Mexico's Liga MX with a 4-0 home win over 10-man Queretaro on Wednesday.

Emanuel Gularte gifted the hosts an early lead by firing the ball into his own net while attempting to clear an Adrian Aldrete cross.

The visitors were reduced to 10 men just before halftime when Omar Mendoza was shown a straight red card for a deliberate hand ball in the area.

Dinenno converted the resultant spot-kick before Nathan Silva nodded home from Aldrete's set piece to make it 3-0.

Argentine striker Dinenno completed the rout with another header following Pablo Bennevendo's cross as Pumas cruised to their fifth win of the season.

The result leaves Pumas with 18 points from 11 games, six points behind leaders Club America, while Queretaro are 13th in the 18-team standings with 12 points.

Elsewhere in the Liga MX on Wednesday, Cruz Azul eased to a 3-1 away victory over Necaxa. Enditem
