RAMALLAH -- Two Palestinians were killed and at least 20 others injured during clashes with Israeli soldiers in the West Bank on Wednesday, the Palestinian Health Ministry said.

The ministry said in a press statement that a 16-year-old teenager was killed by the Israeli army in the town of Tammun, and a 23-year-old man was killed in the Al-Faraa refugee camp in the northern West Bank. (Gaza-Death Toll-Israeli Attacks)

TOKYO -- A six-passenger boat capsized on Wednesday near an estuary in Japan's southwestern prefecture of Miyazaki, resulting in the deaths of two, including the boat's captain.

MOSCOW -- Fifty-three Russian citizens and their families have crossed the Rafah border checkpoint on Wednesday, the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations said.

KHARTOUM -- The Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) and the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF) on Wednesday exchanged accusations over attacking a major oil refinery near Khartoum.

The SAF accused the RSF of attacking the Khartoum Oil Refinery in Al-Jaili area, some 70 km north of the Sudanese capital Khartoum.

"Today (Wednesday), the rebel militia caused a fire in some facilities of the Khartoum refinery in Al-Jaili after attacking the refinery's control units," the SAF said in a statement. (Sudan-Attack-Rebel) Enditem
