IMF commends Gabon government for efforts in resource mobilization

LIBREVILLE, Feb. 8 (Xinhua) -- An International Monetary Fund (IMF) delegation presented the conclusions of its latest mission to Gabon at a meeting with Minister of Economy Mays Mouissi in Libreville, the Gabonese capital, Thursday.

At the meeting, IMF experts congratulated the new Gabonese government for the efforts made in resource mobilization and structural reforms. They recommended that the new Gabonese authorities continue their efforts, particularly in establishing a genuine revenue mobilization strategy and debt stabilization.

Mouissi expressed appreciation that the delegation took into account the efforts of the government, pledging to make good use of the delegation's initial findings.
