NEW DELHI, March 3 (Xinhua) -- Two persons were killed and a few others injured when an iron grill fell on them inside a shopping mall near Delhi on Sunday.

The incident happened in the Greater Noida area of northern state of Uttar Pradesh. Both the deceased were local residents.

A local police told Xinhua over phone that "an iron grill fell from the fifth floor of the Galaxy Blue Sapphire shopping mall in Greater Noida over some persons on the ground floor. Two persons have died and a few others were injured."

The police registered a formal complaint to book the owner of the shopping mall. Enditem
