BUENOS AIRES, March 11 (Xinhua) -- Title contenders Lanus scored two goals in four second-half minutes to clinch a 3-2 away win over Tigre in Group B of Argentina's Primera Division on Monday.
The hosts went ahead through an early Agustin Cardozo goal but Marcelino Moreno equalized on the half hour as Lanus wrested back the momentum.
Gian Nardelli scored from the penalty spot for the hosts after Abel Luciatti was dragged down by Blas Armoa.
Walter Bou put his team back on level terms by smashing home a right-footed effort after combining with Braian Aguirre.
The latter gave Lanus the lead shortly after as he drilled a low shot past goalkeeper Matias Tagliamonte.
Lanus now have 19 points from 10 matches, a point behind group leaders Godoy Cruz, who have a game in hand.
Tigre are last in the 14-team group with five points from the first 19 games
In other Argentine Primera Division matches on Monday, Velez Sarsfield won 2-1 at Banfield and Deportivo Riestra prevailed 2-1 at Independiente Rivadavia. Enditem
