SYDNEY -- Taxi drivers who overcharge or refuse fares could be blacklisted in Australia's New South Wales (NSW) as the state plans to roll out a centralized database tracking bad behaviour, local media reported on Sunday.

The Australian state's Point to Point Transport Commissioner Anthony Wing will work with the taxi industry to expand the Driver Vehicle Database to track illegal activity such as overcharging and fare refusal, according to 9News network. (Australia-Sydney-Taxi)

COLOMBO -- Sri Lanka's navy arrested 21 Indian fishermen who were poaching in the country's territorial waters on Saturday night, the navy said in a statement on Sunday.

BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN -- Brunei enforcement agencies has seized 550 cans of smuggled alcohol in a recent joint operation, according to Royal Brunei Police Force.

According to the local daily Borneo Bulletin on Sunday, the suspicious-looking boat carrying three individuals sped away after noticing the presence of the enforcement personnel, with several packages thrown into the water during the chase. MOSCOW -- Several Ukrainian drones attacked the Slavyansk oil refinery in Russia's Krasnodar Territory, causing a fire and a fatality, a local official said on Sunday.

GOMA, DRC -- At least eight peacekeepers of the UN peacekeeping mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, known as MONUSCO, were injured in an attack on Saturday in the eastern part of the country.
